Faux Suede Heeled Knee High Boots

Soft faux suede gives this knee high boot a napped surface that takes the light unevenly, so the colour shifts a little as the leg moves. The shaft is straight and left without stiff interlining, which means it follows the calf and gathers slightly at the ankle instead of standing rigid. The toe is gently rounded and the covered block heel runs to about eight centimetres, wide enough at the base to keep the step steady at that height. A zip runs up the inner side for an easy pull on, and the rubber sole is kept thin so the boot does not gain bulk under the foot.
