Terms of service
These terms of service govern every purchase made on the Luise Faran website, operated by LIBERTY VERTEX LTD. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. About us
Luise Faran is a trading name of LIBERTY VERTEX LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17181329, with its registered office at Civic House, 156 Great Charles Street Queensway, Birmingham, England, B3 3HN. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse at 34-4 Loudon Ave, Coventry, United Kingdom.
2. Products
We sell women's footwear. We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately, but small variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings. All sizes are UK sizes; a size guide with foot length in centimetres is shown on every product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, so the price shown at checkout is the final price. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Full details are set out in our Payment policy.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. In that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
5. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 6 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 5 to 9 business days. Every order is sent with tracking, free of charge, anywhere in the United Kingdom. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.
7. Your statutory rights
As a consumer in the United Kingdom you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our 30 day return policy applies in addition to, and never in place of, these rights.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to LIBERTY VERTEX LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
