Payment policy

This policy describes how payment works at Luise Faran and how your payment details are protected.

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

2. Currency and prices

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery in the United Kingdom is free, so the amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.

3. When payment is taken

Payment is taken in full at the moment you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment is authorised.

4. Security

Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption and all card payments are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

5. Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, please check the card details and the billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or write to us at info@luisefaran.com.

6. Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 7 days of your return being approved. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the amount. Full details are in our Refund policy.

7. Statement descriptor

Payments appear on your card statement under the name Luise Faran or LIBERTY VERTEX LTD.
