Shipping policy
At Luise Faran every order in the United Kingdom is delivered free of charge, with tracking, and with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no delivery fees, handling fees or surprises on arrival.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Coventry.
2. Delivery cost
Free tracked delivery on every order. We do not charge for delivery, regardless of the number of items or the value of your order.
3. Order cut off time
Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, or on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
4. Processing time
Every order is checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
5. Transit time
Once dispatched, your parcel arrives within 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
6. Estimated total delivery time
Processing time plus transit time gives an estimated total of 5 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary because of courier volumes, weather or bank holidays.
7. Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page or directly on the courier's website.
8. Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@luisefaran.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@luisefaran.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the courier and, where the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
