Every order is sent with tracking, free of charge, anywhere in the United Kingdom.

How to track your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, within 1 to 3 business days of purchase, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel on the courier's website. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.

Delivery times

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 4 to 6 business days, so your parcel arrives within an estimated 5 to 9 business days from the day you order.

Need help?

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at info@luisefaran.com with your order number, or call +44 7473 957274. We reply within 24 hours and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full.
